General
LR32 series pole mounted vacuum recloser is a three-phase AC 50Hz /60Hz outdoor medium-voltage switchgear. It is used in overhead power distribution lines or distribution substations. It is used to divide and combine load current, overload current and short-circuit current. Products Set protection, measurement, signal, control and other functions in one, with 0 to 3 times adjustable automatic reclosing function.
Application voltage levels include 12kV, 18kV, 24kV, 36kV and 38kV.
Products meet IEC62271-111: 2012 and other relevant international standards.
1. This product consists of a vacuum circuit breaker on a column, a DLXCLS51power distribution terminal, and a power voltage transformer. The modules are connected via outdoor control cables and hermetically sealed aviation plugs.The whole machine has a modular design and is easy to install and maintain.
2. The product adopts high-quality stainless steel housing, which does not rust for long-term outdoor operation. The reliable three-phase monostable permanent magnet mechanism has a mechanical life of 10,000 times.

Product Structure
LR32 series vacuum circuit breaker on the pole is composed of three-phase insulated pole, vacuum arc extinguishing chamber, three-phase permanent magnet operating mechanism, manual opening handle and housing.
1. The three-phase insulated pole is casted by outdoor epoxy resin, which can effectively prevent UV and aging. The built-in vacuum arc extinguishing chamber of the insulated pole adopts the current transformer and voltage sensor, and the transformation ratio can be selected according to the user's needs.
2. LR32 series pole mounted vacuum reclosers are designed for miniaturization. A t three-phase insulated pole is vertically installed on the upper end surface of the shell. A monostable permanent magnet mechanism is assembled for each pole inside the shell, and a manual opening device is also provided.
3. The intelligent terminal is connected to the vacuum circuit breaker through a control cable, and is used to drive the permanent magnet mechanism for opening and closing operations.
4. The power of the recloser unit is divided into main and backup power supply.The main power supply is AC 220/110V, which is obtained by the power voltage transformer (PT); the backup power is provided by the battery (installed in the intelligent control unit box). The main power source charges the backup power source during normal work; when the main power source is lost, it is powered by the backup power source, which can support more than 300 closing operations or 48 hours of equipment operation.
